Dr. Tiffany Morse named as VCLA's 2022 Founders Award honoree, with School Board Members Dr. Rebecca Chandler, Jane Weil and Shelly Griffen
Superintendent Morse was honored with the Founders Award at the Ventura County Leadership Academy 's April 2022 "Journey to Leadership" awards event. This award honors VCLA alumni for their efforts in furthering VCLA's mission of connecting and cultivating a diverse network of passionate, capable leaders through an immersion in both critical issues shaping Ventura County.
Dr. Morse was also recently names the 2021 Superintendent of the Year, by the Association of California School Administrators for Region 13.
Dr. Sherrill Knox Named Curriculum Leader of the Year
Assistant Superintendent, Dr. Sherrill Knox, was named the 2020 North Ventura Curriculum Leader of the Year, Association of California Administrators - Region 13. This award recognizes outstanding performance and achievement by administrators, in selection and implementation of adopted curriculum.
2022 ACSA Secondary Administrator of the Year Honoree Dave Monson with Ojai Unified School Board Members, Administrators and Superintendent Morse
The Association of California School Administrators awarded Nordhoff High School Principal David Monson Administrator of the Year, Secondary Principal for Region 13. This area spans San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties and serves 242,000 students.
The Administrator of the Year award recognizes outstanding performance and achievement by California's school administrators.

Margaret Henrikson Earns Outstanding Mathematics Educator Award
