Welcome to San Antonio LEADS Academy.

I am excited to have you join us and discover what LEADS Academy can offer your student beginning in the 2022-2023 school year. 

San Antonio staff and Ojai Unified School District administration have partnered in an ongoing and collaborative process these last few months to refine a new vision to support our students as they prepare to be citizens of the world.  The elements of LEADS Academy - Leadership, Empowerment, Arts, Design Thinking, and Stewardship - form the basis to help our Hawks soar. 

An intimate campus setting under the majestic Topa Topa mountain range, San Antonio is surrounded by orchards, on the east end of town. We embody the Ojai Unified School District visions of wellness, high standards for academic achievement, creativity, inclusivity, and environmental stewardship.  

In addition to these visions, we are eager to weave in foundations of "The Leader in Me" conceptualizations for our TK-8th graders . A short video providing more information on this concept can be found here.
